The Cornish Deli was founded in January 2005, with the retail store opening in St Ives, Cornwall on April 18th 2005.

It is run by the husband and wife team of Mark and Anna Ellwood, with support from our family (thanks for all the help!) and an excellent team of people, including Iain, surely the finest baguette maker in St Ives!

Its core ethos is to provide the very best quality produce to its customers. Most of this is produce is from Cornish and West Country origins, and all of it is of the very highest quality. We also provide access to the best typical delicatessen foodstuffs, for the perfect combination of Cornish and global delights.
