During the evening of the summer months, the Deli Cafe becomes a fully licensed restaurant, offering local tapas dishes and main meals. If you want to just have a drink and sample some of the many tapas dishes, or if you want a three course meal, then the deli has the perfect relaxed atmosphere in which to have a great night out.

We are currently open Tuesday to Saturday for evening meals from 6pm thorughout July, August and September. To book a table please call 01736 795100.

Our typical sample menu for this year is below, but we also have our daily specials which includes even more local speciality seafood and fish dishes, local free range meats, and vegetarian options.

Patatas Bravas 

Local New potatoes sautéed and then given a fiery kick with a tomato and chilli sauce.  £4.95

Mushrooms with Melting Cornish Blue

Local Tregonning Farm Mushrooms with creamy Cornish Blue Cheese.  £5.95

Garlic King Prawns             

King Prawns cooked simply with garlic, shallots and fresh parsley.  £5.95

Anti-Pasto Cured Meat Platter         

A selection of cured meats from the deli counter with olives.  £5.95

Pan-fried Chorizo Squid                

Spicy Imported Spanish Chorizo sausage cooked with squid, garlic and onions.  £6.95

Balsamic-roasted Tomatoes with  Cornish Goats Cheese 

Juicy tomatoes infused with a balsamic dressing and herbs and finished under the grill with
St. Anthony’s Cornish goats cheese.  £4.95. Also served as a main course salad.    £8.95

Miss Muffet, Almonds and Honey 

A wonderful local cheese served with roasted almonds and a drizzle of Cornish honey.    £5.95

Cornish Smoked Salmon 

Multi-award winning smoked salmon, from the Cornish Cuisine smokehouse on the edge
of the river Fal, served simply with capers, lemon and black pepper. Delicious.  £5.95 

Evening Mains...

Fillets of Local Fish with King Prawns and Squid

Pan-fried fillets of haddock, sole and gurnard with King Prawns and Squid, served with a fresh herb butter sauce on a bed of sweet potato mash.  £12.95

Fillets of Local Hake with a Lemon and Dill butter sauce

Pan-fried Cornish Hake served with Samphire and New potatoes.    £12.95

Char-grilled Rib-eye Steak 

21 day matured beef, cooked to your liking, served with sautéed new potatoes and grilled
tomato and a leafy salad.  £13.95

The Cornish Deli Burger 

Our homemade steak mince burger served with sautéed New potatoes and relish. Why not make it extra special with extra toppings for £1 including Cornish Blue cheese, mature local cheddar, local bacon or creamy brie.    £8.95

Char-grilled free-range Chicken and Chorizo

Chicken breast fillets topped with slightly spicy Spanish Sausage and served on a bed of seasonal
vegetables and sweet potato mash.    £10.95

Spanish Frittata with Cornish Goats Cheese, Potato & Peppers  

A local free-range three egg frittata cooked to order with St. Anthony’s Goats cheese, peppers, onions, Potato and herbs. Why not ask us to throw a Little Chorizo in there to make it even tastier
